Due to Cyclone Alfred, Australia Post has paused all operations in Southeast Queensland and parts of Northern NSW from midnight, March 5. Post Offices in these regions will be closed from March 6 until it is safe to reopen.
This means shipping and dispatch delays are unavoidable as all mail and parcel services in and out of the area are impacted.
We appreciate your patience and understanding and will resume dispatching orders as soon as it is safe to do so.

Cyclone Alfred is heading directly toward us, and unless it changes course, it will impact our ability to fulfil and dispatch orders.
Our team has secured our warehouse and stock as best we can. We will continue dispatching orders today until we deem it unsafe for our staff, as their health and safety come first.

The team at Solkatt Designs is closely monitoring Cyclone Alfred, which is expected to impact South East Queensland, where our warehouse and packing team are located.
Potential Shipping & Fulfilment Delays
Our Brisbane packing team lives in areas prone to flooding, and road closures may prevent access to our warehouse. As a result, there may be unavoidable delays in processing and shipping orders. This applies to all orders, regardless of the destination.
