Terms and Conditions for Solkatt Designs Monthly Review Gift Card Giveaway

Thank you for participating in Solkatt Designs’ Monthly Gift Card Giveaway. By entering this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
  1. To qualify, customers must submit a review via the review email sent to the email address registered in our system. Reviews submitted through other methods will not be eligible.
  2. Participants must have an active account on https://www.solkattdesigns.com.
  3. Only one winner will be selected each month. A total of 12 winners will be selected annually.
  4. Employees of Solkatt Designs, their families, and associated agencies are not eligible to participate.
  5. Customers who have previously won are eligible to win again in subsequent months.
    Prize Details
    1. The prize is awarded in the form of store credit valued at $100 AUD.
    2. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, physical currency, or any form of bank transfer.
    3. Store credit can only be used exclusively at our online store: https://www.solkattdesigns.com.
    4. Store credit cannot be shared between accounts.
    5. There is no expiry date for the store credit.
    6. Store credit acts the same way as all other payment methods. There are no refunds on store credit. If there is an issue with items purchased using store credit from this competition, please contact us, and we will follow the same policy outlined in our refund and exchange policy.
      How to Redeem
      1. Winners must log into their account on https://www.solkattdesigns.com to access their store credit.
      2. During checkout, select "Store Credit" as the payment method.
      3. If the order total exceeds the store credit amount, the remaining balance is payable by the customer using any of our accepted payment methods.
      4. Only the full store credit amount can be applied as a payment method. Customers can't select a partial amount of their store credit to pay for an order.
        Limitations
        1. Only one gift card/store credit will be issued per winner each month.
        2. Participants can only win once per month. Multiple entries within a single month do not increase the chances of winning.
          General Conditions

          1. Solkatt Designs reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate this giveaway at any time without prior notice.

            Changes may include modifications to eligibility requirements, prize details, or giveaway duration.
          2. Suspension or termination may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, legal requirements, or at the discretion of Solkatt Designs.
          3. Solkatt Designs is not responsible for technical issues, including but not limited to email delivery failures or website malfunctions, that may prevent participation.
          4. Any disputes regarding the giveaway will be resolved at the sole discretion of Solkatt Designs.
          5. We will contact the winner every month via email. We will not announce winners on any of our social media platforms to ensure your privacy is protected.
            Privacy
            1. By participating, you consent to the use of your personal information for purposes related to this giveaway, including notification of winners and delivery of the prize.
            2. Your information will be handled in accordance with Solkatt Designs’ Privacy Policy.
              Legal Compliance
              1. This giveaway is conducted in accordance with the laws and regulations of Australia.
              2. Any legal disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
