Travel Cup Promotion Terms and Conditions
Promotion Overview
From 22 April 2025 through to 14 May 2025, Solkatt Designs is offering a limited-time promotion where customers who purchase any 1.9L Water Bottle are eligible to add one Travel Cup to their order for just $10 (AUD). This offer provides a savings of $24 (AUD) off the standard retail price of the Travel Cup. To redeem this promotion, customers must apply the code Travelcup10 at checkout. This offer is subject to availability and may end earlier if promotional stock is exhausted.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this offer, customers must:
- Add at least one eligible 1.9L Water Bottle to their shopping cart.
- Add one Travel Cup from the eligible product range to the same cart.
- Enter the promotional code Travelcup10 during the checkout process to apply the discount.
The discount applies only when all qualifying conditions are met within the same transaction. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or offers.
This offer is valid for retail customers only and is not available to wholesale clients, trade partners, or resellers. Any wholesale or trade account attempting to redeem this offer will not be eligible, and such orders may be cancelled.
Returns and Refunds
Our standard Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made under this promotion. In the event a return is requested for any of the items included in the promotion, Solkatt Designs will assess the request in line with our existing returns process.
If a refund is approved, the total refund amount will be based on the price actually paid for each item at the time of purchase, including any promotional discount applied. This remains valid even if the request for refund occurs after the promotional period has ended. For example, if the Travel Cup was purchased at the promotional rate of $10, this is the amount that would be refunded for that item.
Order Monitoring and Promotion Misuse
Solkatt Designs and its subsidiaries reserve the right to cancel this promotion at any time, without notice, if unforeseen circumstances arise or if we believe that the promotion is being misused. This includes but is not limited to:
- Orders made with the intent to resell.
- Use of multiple accounts to bypass the order restrictions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
We also reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not comply with the promotion's terms and conditions or that appear to be in breach of our fair use policy.
Promotion Duration and Stock Availability
This promotion begins at 12:00am AEST on 22 April 2025 and is scheduled to end at 11:59pm AEST on 14 May 2025. However, Solkatt Designs reserves the right to end the promotion early if promotional stock is depleted prior to the end date. Customers are encouraged to act quickly to avoid missing out.
All promotions are subject to availability and only while stocks last. Adding an item to the cart does not guarantee its availability at checkout if stock levels are low.
